Working with this company this past week has been incredibly frustrating. I have used them for snow removal in my driveway since 2020. However, this week has been a pain and will never use their services again. I have recurring services set up. A contractor came after about a foot of snow or more dropped. They plowed the driveway, but stopped Sever feet before my garage. Rendering me still trapped. I called and called and emailed asking for a refund and for another contractor to fix the problem. Why would I pay when I’d have to fix it myself. Two days later a contractor comes out an plows my driveway. But to my surprise not only had I not been refunded I was charged again! I emailed again asking for the situation to be rectified and was told it would be. Yet both charges remain. I have asked them to cancel my recurring services and delete my account. You cannot cancel your account online or in the app. I am trapped! Now they will longer respond to my calls. Save yourself the headache and find another company!

Avoid this service at all costs. Contractors are not clearly qualified, don't communicate, and will change arrival times at their discretion (and will even freely miss scheduled times without contacting you). In addition, Eden's customer service consists of a bot with limited human interaction. It is almost impossible to cancel once you have initiated a job, despite the ability of contractors to freely change times. Go with a local service that's reliable.

This is the worst service contracts can pick up jobs and drop them without any communication. You think your drive will be plowed only to have to shovel it because all of a sudden contractor drops the job. No customer service the phone is automated telling you to go to the website. Buyer beware on this place. Update the charges me for work that was not done. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone no communication from either contractor David Abbot nor Rhonda G who booked the jobs never showed. Do not use
